You can access these services by contacting us for a consultation, or through referrals from your GP, NHS 111, or urgent care services. For the six clinical pathways, you can self-refer - no referral required.

  Consultation: During your phone or video consultation, our pharmacists will assess your symptoms using evidence-based clinical pathways, offering safety-netting advice and a tailored treatment plan.

  Treatment or Referral: If suitable, we’ll supply medications (free for those exempt from prescription charges; standard charges may apply otherwise). If further care is needed, we’ll refer you to your GP or another healthcare provider.
